안녕하세요, 한국의 기상을 상징하는 호랑이의 용맹함과 교육 브랜드의 신뢰도를 결합하여 도장의 압도적인 위상을 디자인하는 디자이너 타미(Tommy)입니다. 이번에 소개해 드릴 프로젝트는 대한민국을 대표하는 영물인 호랑이의 역동성을 담아낸 ‘호랑이 경희 태권도 로고 디자인’ 포트폴리오입니다.

단순한 동물의 형상을 넘어, 승리를 향해 거칠게 **포효하고 있는 호랑이(Roaring Tiger)**의 기개를 중심으로 ‘경희 태권도(Kyung Hee Taekwondo)’ 브랜드를 조화롭게 배치하여 디자인을 구축했습니다. 호랑이 특유의 날카로운 눈매와 솟구치는 갈기 라인은 비즈니스가 지향하는 강인한 신체, 흔들리지 않는 인성 교육, 그리고 상대를 압도하는 자신감을 시각화합니다. 특히 대학 브랜드가 가진 정통성과 현대적인 세련미가 공존하는 라인 아트를 적용하여, 학부모와 수련생 모두에게 강력한 신뢰감을 심어주도록 설계했습니다.

이 디자인은 경희대학교 브랜드 도장, 전통 무도 아카데미, 스포츠 동호회 및 클럽, 그리고 강력한 마스코트가 필요한 모든 무술 교육 비즈니스에 최적화된 아이덴티티입니다. 도장 전면의 대형 사인물, 수련생 도복의 가슴 패치 자수, 차량 래핑 디자인 및 공식 SNS 채널 등 다양한 온·오프라인 매체에서 도장의 전문성과 정체성을 완성해 주는 프리미엄 무술 브랜딩 솔루션입니다.

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who designs the overwhelming status of a dojo by combining the bravery of the tiger, symbolizing the spirit of Korea, with the reliability of an educational brand. This project features the “Tiger Kyung Hee Taekwondo Logo Design” portfolio, capturing the dynamism of the roaring tiger, Korea’s representative animal.

Moving beyond a simple animal shape, I built the design by harmoniously arranging the “Kyung Hee Taekwondo” brand around the spirit of a roaring tiger. The tiger’s sharp gaze and surging mane lines visualize the strong body, unwavering character education, and confidence to overwhelm opponentsthat the business pursues. In particular, by applying line art where the authenticity of a university brand meets modern sophistication, I designed it to instill a strong sense of trust in both parents and students.

This identity is perfectly optimized for any martial arts education business needing a strong mascot, such as Kyung Hee University-branded dojos, traditional martial arts academies, and sports clubs. It is a premium martial arts branding solution that completes the dojo’s professionalism and identity across various media, including large storefront signage, embroidered uniform patches, vehicle wrapping designs, and official social media channels.
