Portfolio: Creative Panda Typography & Animal Face Identity

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who designs unforgettable first impressions by combining a brand’s wit and symbolic forms through organic letter arrangements. This project features a “Panda Typography Logo Illustration” portfolio, visualizing the word “Panda” itself as a single, lively creature.

By structurally placing the English spelling ‘PANDA’ within the cute and round face shape of a panda, I implemented an experimental design that blurs the boundaries between text and symbol. By harmoniously connecting the silhouettes of the panda’s eyes, nose, and ears with the curves of the letters, I deliver both intuitive recognition and visual fun. While emphasizing the panda’s identity using the clear contrast of black and white, I applied modern typography techniques to ensure it functions as a sophisticated branding asset. This identity is perfectly optimized for businesses that need a unique mascot, such as character goods brands, children’s educational content, eco-friendly lifestyle shops, and creative design studios.
