단순한 심볼을 넘어, 브랜드의 진심을 대변하는 레트로 복고 소녀(Retro Girl) 캐릭터를 중심으로 디자인을 구축했습니다. 정성스럽게 구워낸 빵을 소중히 들고 있는 소녀의 모습은 비즈니스가 지향하는 정직한 재료, 손맛의 따뜻함, 그리고 세대를 아우르는 포근한 위로를 상징적으로 담아냈습니다. 70-80년대 빈티지 동화책을 연상시키는 섬세한 라인 아트와 톤 다운된 웜톤 컬러 팔레트를 사용하여, 고객이 브랜드를 마주하는 순간 마치 오래된 추억 속의 단골 빵집을 방문한 듯한 안도감을 느끼도록 설계했습니다.

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who imparts a gentle narrative to brands by harmonizing analog sensibilities with modern details. This project features a “Girl Bakery Logo Illustration Design” portfolio, visualizing the fragrance and sincerity of freshly baked bread.

Moving beyond a simple symbol, I built the design around a Retro Girl character who represents the brand’s heart. The image of the girl carefully holding bread symbolically captures the honest ingredients, hand-crafted warmth, and comforting hospitality the business pursues. Using delicate line art and a toned-down warm color palette reminiscent of 70s-80s vintage storybooks, I designed it so that customers feel a sense of relief, as if visiting a long-time favorite bakery from their memories.

This identity is perfectly optimized for any food brand seeking differentiated branding through warm storytelling, such as vintage-concept bakeries, handmade confectionery shops, emotional cafes, and local bakeries.
