Portfolio: ‘Fighting’ Youth Character for Label Design

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who visualizes a brand’s vibrant energy and positive messages into lively characters. This project features a ‘Fighting’ concept youth character design portfolio, specifically commissioned for application in label design—the face of a product.

I visualized the energy of a passionate young man through a tightly clenched ‘fist’ and a determined expression, using bold and clear lines to ensure a distinct presence even within the limited space of a label. To intuitively deliver messages of “cheer” and “vitality” to consumers, I applied a dynamic pose and a trustworthy tone-and-manner. This character is perfectly optimized for projects that need to establish an energetic brand image, such as beverage labels, health food packaging, brand merchandise, and mascots for youth-led startups. It is a premium character branding solution that not only enhances the visual hierarchy of the packaging but also provides emotional resonance and passion to the consumer.
