안녕하세요, 대한민국의 상징적 자산을 현대적인 조형미로 재구성하여 국가적 자부심을 시각화하는 디자이너 타미(Tommy)입니다. 이번에 소개해 드릴 프로젝트는 태극기의 핵심 요소인 ‘태극마크’와 ‘건곤감리’를 정사각형 프레임 안에 응축하여 제작한 ‘정사각형 태극기 로고 디자인’ 포트폴리오입니다.

전통적인 태극기의 형태를 유지하면서도 디지털 환경과 현대적 브랜딩에 최적화되도록 정사각형 구조로 재해석했습니다. 중앙의 태극 문양과 사방의 건곤감리 괘를 기하학적으로 배치하여 균형 잡힌 조형미를 구현했으며, 정갈한 라인과 선명한 컬러 팔레트를 통해 절제된 힘과 한국의 미를 동시에 담아냈습니다. 이 디자인은 태권도 도장 아이덴티티, 국가 대표팀 엠블럼, 한국 전통문화 콘텐츠, 그리고 공공 기관의 브랜딩 등 대한민국의 정체성을 세련되게 전달해야 하는 모든 프로젝트에 최적화되어 있습니다. SNS 프로필, 유니폼 자수, 공식 문서 등 다양한 매체에서 완벽한 조화를 이루며 브랜드의 품격을 높여주는 프리미엄 국가 브랜딩 솔루션입니다.

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who visualizes national pride by reconstructing Korea’s symbolic assets with modern formative beauty. This project features a “Square Taegeukgi Logo Design” portfolio, created by condensing the core elements of the Korean flag—the Taegeuk mark and the four trigrams (Geongon-gamri)—into a square frame.

While maintaining the traditional form of the Taegeukgi, I reinterpreted it into a square structure to optimize it for digital environments and modern branding. By geometrically arranging the central Taegeuk pattern and the surrounding four trigrams, I implemented a balanced formative beauty, capturing both restrained power and Korean aesthetics through clean lines and a vivid color palette. This design is perfectly optimized for any project that needs to communicate the identity of the Republic of Korea with sophistication, such as Taekwondo dojo identities, national team emblems, Korean traditional culture content, and public institution branding. It is a premium national branding solution that harmonizes perfectly across various media—from social media profiles and uniform embroidery to official documents—elevating the dignity of the brand.
