Portfolio: Organic Indie Band & Musician Identity Design

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who illustrates an artist’s unique musical color and narrative into a visual melody. This project features an “Indie Band Logo Design” portfolio, created to capture the identity of an indie musician.

To symbolize the free and original sensibility of indie music, I set ‘Tree’ and ‘Nature’ as the core motifs. I implemented the shape of deep-rooted vitality and flexibly extending branches through sophisticated line art, visualizing the musical roots and artistic expansion pursued by the artist. While emphasizing the warm and comfortable mood characteristic of indie bands through natural textures and organic curves, I enhanced the design’s completeness to leave a distinct impression on album covers, concert posters, and official merchandise. This logo is a unique identity solution perfectly optimized not only for indie bands and singer-songwriters but also for idol group branding that aims for a nature-friendly image.
