Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who designs the value of policy and citizen participation by implementing creative inspiration into a clear visual order. This project features the “Idea Contest Poster Design” portfolio, which combines the reliability of a government office with the dynamism of innovation.

Moving beyond a simple event announcement, I set intuitive and symbolic illustrations as the core structure of the design to gather citizens’ wisdom for solving the global challenge of COVID-19. The graphics shaping ideas that turn crisis into opportunity and the logical arrangement of information visualize the values of creative problem-solving, innovation for community safety, and communicative administrative services. In particular, while maintaining the neatness typical of public sector posters, I designed it with highly readable typography and a modern color palette to deliver the vibrant energy of a contest.

This design is an optimized marketing solution for any public branding business needing a powerful visual to induce public participation, such as government ministries and local governments, public institutions and foundations, and educational institutions. From high-quality printed posters for public display to website banners, SNS card news, and official leaflets, it is a premium graphic design result that completes the brand’s public credibility and the contest’s objective.
