Portfolio: Sweet & Playful Macaron & Cookie Character Design

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who adds global competitiveness to brands by visualizing the sweet sensibility of desserts into lovely characters. This project features a “Macaron & Cookie Character Design” portfolio, commissioned by an international business specializing in macarons and cookies.

Considering the tastes of global consumers, I developed ‘Macaron & Kuri’ characters that personify the round silhouette of macarons and the crispy texture of cookies. I utilized a soft pastel color palette to maximize the sweet mood inherent in desserts and visualized the brand’s friendliness through the lively expressions and movements of the characters. These characters are designed for flexible application across various media, including logo design, packaging, merchandise, and social media marketing. This is a premium design solution perfectly optimized for businesses—such as macaron boutiques, handmade cookie brands, and global bakery franchises—aiming to build a loyal brand fandom through differentiated character branding.
