안녕하세요, 운동의 즐거움과 건강한 변화의 과정을 위트 있는 시각 언어로 구현하여 활력 넘치는 라이프스타일을 디자인하는 디자이너 타미(Tommy)입니다. 이번에 소개해 드릴 프로젝트는 운동에 대한 심리적 장벽을 낮추고 대중에게 친근하게 다가가기 위해 기획된 ‘헬스장 다이어트 일러스트 전단지 디자인’ 포트폴리오입니다.

단순한 근육질 몸매의 사진 나열에서 벗어나, 다이어트의 과정과 성공의 기쁨을 유머러스하게 전달하기 위해 재미있는 캐릭터와 역동적인 상황이 묘사된 일러스트를 디자인의 핵심 구조로 설정했습니다. 익살스러운 표정과 변화를 직관적으로 보여주는 그래픽 요소들은 비즈니스가 지향하는 즐겁게 시작하는 운동 습관, 체계적이지만 지루하지 않은 다이어트 솔루션, 그리고 누구나 도전할 수 있는 피트니스 환경이라는 가치를 시각화합니다. 특히 수많은 전단지 사이에서도 시선을 즉각적으로 사로잡을 수 있도록 선명한 컬러 팔레트와 가독성이 강조된 개성 있는 타이포그래피를 적용하여 설계했습니다.

이 디자인은 퍼스널 트레이닝(PT) 스튜디오, 대형 휘트니스 센터, 요가 및 필라테스 샵, 다이어트 도시락 브랜드, 그리고 강력한 시각적 재미를 통해 신규 회원 등록률을 높이고 싶은 모든 피트니스 마케팅 비즈니스에 최적화된 시각화 솔루션입니다. 거리 배포용 고품질 전단지부터 센터 내 게시판 홍보물, SNS 광고용 카드뉴스, 오프라인 배너 및 이벤트 리플렛에 이르기까지 브랜드의 독보적인 정체성과 활기찬 서사를 완성해 주는 프리미엄 그래픽 디자인 결과물입니다.

Hi, I’m Tommy, a designer who designs a vibrant lifestyle by implementing the joy of exercise and the process of healthy change into a witty visual language. This project features the “Gym Diet Illustration Flyer Design”portfolio, planned to lower the psychological barrier to exercise and approach the public in a friendly way.

Moving beyond simple lists of muscular body photos, I set illustrations depicting funny characters and dynamic situations as the core structures of the design to humorously deliver the journey of dieting and the joy of success. The humorous expressions and graphic elements visualizing change reflect the values of fun exercise habits, systematic yet engaging diet solutions, and an accessible fitness environment. In particular, I designed it by applying a vivid color palette and unique typography with emphasized readability to immediately catch the eye among numerous flyers.

This design is an optimized visualization solution for any fitness marketing business looking to increase new member registration rates through strong visual fun, such as PT studios, large fitness centers, yoga/pilates shops, and diet meal brands. From high-quality flyers for distribution to SNS card news and offline banners, it is a premium graphic design result that completes the brand’s unique identity and energetic narrative.
